Men's Career Success Graduation

Working Wardrobes has long been known for its clothing services and today, we offer a full menu of career development programs to transform our clients from the inside out. The final step in that transformation is a success suit to nail that job interview! If you have a passion for fashion and are interested in working with our clients directly, this may be the perfect fit for you. You will assist in providing wardrobe services for clients by helping them pick out the perfect outfit to gain confidence and build self-esteem. This service is provided at our Wardrobe Center located in our Career Success Center.

    • Work as a team player to ensure each clients receive the best experience possible.
    • Pull clothing/accessories/shoes for clients while offering styling tips as they shop for business attire wardrobe
    • Wrap wardrobe selections and offer toiletry items to clients
    • Perform department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, and light cleaning.
    • Greet clients in a professional and engaging manner.


    • Must have a friendly and helpful attitude.
    • Must be able to stand for a period of time.
    • Ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers.
    • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
    • Customer service experience and a great fashion sense are a plus.
