Traditionally, volunteer activity declines during the summer at The Idaho Foodbank.
However, the need for help here is great, especially during June, July and August.
Please help us this summer prepare donated food for the many children, seniors and families in Idaho that are food insecure.
Volunteers ensure that our food gets packed out the door to be distributed to Idahoans in need.

The Idaho Foodbank, in an efficient and caring manner, provides food, information and supportive services to hungry people through partnerships with nonprofit agencies, the food industry, government, volunteers, corporations and individuals by serving as a central clearinghouse for donated and purchased food.
Description
The Idaho Foodbank is an independent member of the America's Second Harvest network of affiliated food banks. We serve 39 of 44 counties in Idaho with warehouses in Boise, Pocatello and Lewiston. We collect food from national, regional and local souces and provide it to more than 200 nonprofit agencies.
