Hospice Partners mission is "No one dies alone, afraid or in pain. As our patients approach the final hours we place them on Peaceful Passing. Staff and volunteers take shifts sitting vigil with the patient. If you have ever experienced a person passing or would like to be involved in a patient's final hours and making a difference in patients and families lives we would love for you to be a Peaceful Passing volunteer for Hospice Partners. Don't worry, we provide you with training and will sit with you for the first couple of times. It is a rewarding experience.
