Spring is in full bloom and volunteers are needed to help some of our elderly and disabled clients maintain their lawns! Clients of the Volunteer Chore Program are low income, seniors and adults with disabilities who don't have friends or family to help them.
Not only is it a matter of pride to our clients to help keep their homes and lawns maintained, for many of them it is also a requirement. Having a home in good condition and a safe space to live means they can keep their independence.
If you enjoy being outside and active and improving the life of one of your neighbor's this could be a great fit for you!
