Adoption Counselors are the life blood of the rescue process. Refuge Rescue Cats is looking for Adoption Counselors for Saturdays 11-4 at the Merchant Walk Petsmart.
The Adoption Counselor is responsible for adoptions and for ensuring quality customer service. Counselors facilitate appropriate adoptions by understanding the needs of animals in the adoption program and matching them with prospective adopters; this includes preparing animals for adoption, interacting with customers, screening potential adopters, explaining organization philosophies, policies and procedures, providing general information and preparing necessary paperwork.

Description
Refuge Rescue is a volunteer-based 501(c)3 charity and dog rescue group founded in August of 2015. We rescue dogs of all breeds and all ages. All our dogs reside in foster homes until adopted. This ensures they receive the proper socialization and care to help them seamlessly transition into their new families.
