Liberty Institute USA, located in Liberty Hall, is looking for a Board Treasurer, which is an ongoing permanent position. The Treasurer candidate should love America and want to promote the ideas of our American Heritage of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness through books, out program outreach. Our mission statement is to: educate and inform the general public on key economic ideas and principles. Time commitment is one monthly meeting for 1 hour and of course any treasurer duties as normal. We are a very small nonprofit and we are working on growing with two big fundraisers, a Flag day Picnic at Hurst Ranch and Constitution Day at the Opera Hall in September. Research, Resources and Professional Services for the non-profit sector. Foundation Center grant writing membership, open to the public on a drop in basis. Come in and look for grantmakers for your cause on our database. Look for funds to help build your capacity, operational or start -up budgets.
