Dorit & Ben J. Genet Cupboard serves almost 500 families by providing them kosher food and alleviating hunger in the community. During our first year of service we have been able to serve Holocaust Survivors and help people overcome difficult moments, with the support of our dedicated volunteers.
By joining Cupboard Volunteer Army you would may choose different jobs such as: lead food drives, deliver groceries, shop with our clients, organize the pantry, and other related tasks.

Jewish Family Service of Broward County is committed to ensuring that everyone in the comunity has access to a lifeline. The mission of The Cupboard, our new kosher food pantry, is to help wipe out hunger in the Jewish community of Broward County.
Description
Jewish Family Service of Broward has a multitude of services to help and assist people of all walks of lives. The Cupboard is a kosher choice pantry which will offer dry goods, produce, dairy and chicken for our clients, as well as a delivery program for home bound seniors and families in need. JFS also offers Family Link, care management for older and disabled adults, counseling, including a Holocaust Survivor program, Domestic Abuse counseling, and Joshua's Path, counseling for families with adults with disabilities.
