We started this year off with one main goal: destigmatize mental health and wellbeing in our community. We put on this event with a mission to educate San Jose about the different forms of mental health, and how we as a community can remedy the issue for generations to come. By participating in our event, you have not only helped us achieve our vision, but will also send a message to the community, that mental health is not something we should be ashamed of, but rather something we need to address.
