* Respond to calls to the 24-hour hotline.
* Provide information about CCS as well as referrals to callers based on needs.
* Provide respectful, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed support to clients and callers.
* Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for all clients. Provide emergency counseling for survivors and secondary survivors of relationship violence, including safety planning, supportive information and referrals, education regarding the dynamics of relationship violence and/or sexual assault.
* Complete all necessary documentation regarding hotline calls.
* Respond to calls to the county-wide forensic exam phone. Dispatch forensic exam responder.
* Provide support to CCS staff as needed.
* Provide initial assessment of the eligibility/fit of an individual seeking shelter at Project Safe House (PSH).
* Assist shelter staff with necessary arrangements regarding transportation, food and medical needs of shelter residents.
* Communicate any needs or concerns expressed by the residents to shelter staff..
