We need your "Superhero" Volunteer Powers.....
for the 2nd annual 5K "Be Your Own Superhero" 5K Trail Run that will provide low cost mental health counseling to those in need! We need help with:
- Registration (two volunteers)
- Course marshals (five volunteers)
- Race course, water station, and finish line attendants (thirty volunteers)
- Race packet stuffing (pre-race)
- Food & Drink attendants (five volunteers)
- Superhero costume participant (Dress up as your favorite Superhero please)
- Putting up Signage, Setup & Cleanup (ten volunteers)

ACF Therapy Associates is a group of counseling professionals and students who "volunteer" to give back to the community by offering low cost mental health counseling to those in need. Each of our associates specializes in an area of expertise that is their passion, and work with students and registered interns to provide outstanding services to their clients.
