Our organization is actively seeking 10-12 dedicated Askers(promoters) to be active members of our street team. The primary job of the Promotions Street Team member is to handle the coordination and execution of all promotional operations, product sales, and special pop-up events. This person will also be expected to assist the Founder| President and CEO with product sales, pop-up events, workshop engagements, and other promotional events. The ideal volunteer will be available up to two times a week for 2-3 hours per day hitting the streets, malls, high schools, college campuses, and other places where our audience hang out to boost membership, email list, and attendance of our events.. (Days to be determined based on availability). Job Description: Askers (Promoter) Reports to: President & CEO Purpose: Promote Live2Create's brand, culture, and programs, helping to reach out to audience members to improve sales and engagement. Status: Non-paid Essential Functions: Promotions, Sales & Marketing, Brand Awareness In addition to providing general brand awareness, duties may include, but not limited to:

1. Advertising products or events on social media networks
2. Spreading brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques
3. Distributing posters, stickers, and flyers throughout our communities
4. Convincing consumers to attend events or purchase products
5. Operating as the "face" of a brand in physical and virtual networks
6. Attending relevant events to promote the brand
7. Transporting promotional materials to and from various locations
8. Offering exclusive giveaways, promotions, or trials of a company’s product
9. Regular and timely attendance. Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
10. Daily communication with promotions manager and entire promotions team
11. Attend weekly staff meetings with promotions street team
12. Entertain a crowd in public with games, dance, music and trivia
13. Capture photos and stories from the community.
14. Take inventory of supplies and materials.
15. Follow well-defined procedure

2. Great verbal and social skills
3. Ability to manage large crowds
4. Organizational skills and good interpersonal skills
5. Outgoing and comfortable with promoting and networking.
6. Passion for the mission and values.
7. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
10. Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
11. Public Relations, Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Networking a plus.
12. Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or another design tool a plus.
