OneOC is proud to offer EncoreOC Fellowships throughout Orange County! As an EncoreOC Fellow, you will connect with a local nonprofit in meaningful & purposeful service to help address unmet community needs. During the 8-week program, you will fulfill critical project-based assignments that will bolster the infrastructure of the nonprofit at which you are serving.

OneOC - Encore Fellowship Program with Mary’s Path. Believing every life is a gift from God, Mary’s Path empowers and equips vulnerable teenage mothers for lives of hope, dignity and self-sufficiency.

Position Description: EncoreOC Fellows are highly-skilled volunteers who typically possess an advanced educational and professional background. Experienced applicants of all ages are encouraged to apply and are welcome to send a resume and cover letter.

Major Responsibilities and Related Tasks:

Administrative - The EncoreOC Fellow will work closely with the CEO to support the work of Mary’s Path.

• The Fellow will develop a perpetual calendar, streamline the paperwork flow and develop a process for scanning all paperwork that goes through the Mary’s Path office.
• The Fellow will develop the CEO’s speaking calendar in conjunction with developing a set of presentations the CEO will deliver at community and organizational functions.
• The Fellow will work with the staff team to develop a process on how the team communicates digitally with the CEO.
