Hello! DogFest OKC is currently seeking volunteers to join the planning committee! WE NEED YOU!

What is DogFest Walk n' Roll(tm) and Canine Companions for Independence? Founded in 1975, Canine Companions for Independence is a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships. DogFest Walk n' Roll(tm) is a fully accessible, dog- and family-friendly fundraising walk and festival to support Canine Companions!

Join Our Planning Committee: DogFest Walk n’ Roll(tm) wouldn’t be possible without the support of committed volunteers. You can get involved in a variety of ways in the planning of DogFest by joining a DogFest committee, such as team recruitment, sponsorship, publicity, logistics, entertainment and more! Event planning is starting NOW and will continue all the way up to the event on October 13, 2018! We’ll find a great spot for you and there’s something for everyone!

There are approximately 64 million Americans living with a disability. Canine Companions is a national non-profit organization that provides expertly trained service dogs and a lifetime of follow-up services - completely free of charge - to children, adults and veterans with disabilities so they can lead lives with greater independence.
