Mission Statement

Never Heal Alone provides a safe, tranquil place to heal traumas of the mind, and to bring people together and to help heal holistically without the use of medications or drugs.

Description

This is a spirtual program that provides holistic services. We teach Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, Guided Meditations for stress and spirituality, Restorative Yoga for Chronic Pain, Personal Development by the way of leaership and Mentorship, Cognative Skills, and spirituality. We also have all faiths spirtual counseling (free) and Reiki healing services. We hold workshops to teach these skills thoughtout San Diego, CA.

I share my story about my mental illness and how I over came all odds against me and how I healed myself though my seven year journey to heal.
Today the Never Heal Alone is a proud member of the Chamber of Commerce in the San Diego Region.

Our goal is to have volunteers by the way of mentorship, yoga instructors, meditation instructors, thearpists, mental health professionals, chaplains, and people who want to help grow this organization. I am also looking for people who are grant writers, people who have a financial background, and people who will help me create events! (5kruns, conventions for large amounts of workshops, retreats, etc.) I am looking for people who want to serve the community.

Our larger goal is to one day have a facility to be able to hold all of the holisitic services and to one day provide low costs to no costs mental health thearpy to who cannot afford it. We want to heal the world of mental illness one person at a time.
