Making a difference can be EASY and FUN!
Brain activity and brain development are enhanced by physical exercise. Field day is an outdoor, school-wide event in which students rotate through a series of fun games and physical activity stations to celebrate the end of the year while promoting the benefits of exercise and the outdoors. Regular exercise help children develop physical skills and self-esteem, make new friends, learn teamwork, stay healthy, and learn better. Volunteers will assist in explaining the games, record the winners, gather equipment, and whatever else is needed.
