Game On! - The goal of Game On! is to provide boys and young men with information and support to make informed choices about a range of healthy lifestyle practices. They engage in life skills, communication, and emotional health discussions. This program is offered at a number of our Club and School Based mentoring Groups throughout the year.

We ask that the volunteer commits to the full 12 week program as our students rely on your commitment to their success! The volunteer responsibilities would include: making the weekly commitment, being a supportive and active listener, following the school and agency guidelines, ensuring child safety, and, of course, having fun!
* Screening includes 2 references, Police Check, 30 Minute interview and training, no special skills required

Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area (BGCBigs) is a charitable non-profit organization working to provide safe places and positive mentoring relationships for children & youth in our community. We are the amalgamation of two internationally recognized child serving organizations; Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters. By combining the concepts of both, BGCBigs delivers programs that address the physical, emotional, academic and overall wellness of children and youth.
