A Girl Scout is a G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)(tm)
At Girl Scouts, girls discover who they are, where their talents lie, and what they care the most about. They connect with people in their communities. And they take action to change the world. Through our program, the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, girls develop a strong sense of self, display positive values, and seek challenges. They learn from setbacks, form healthy relationships, and identify and solve problems in their communities - unleashing their inner G.I.R.L. every step of the way. Want to make a difference in the life of a G.I.R.L? We are looking for someone to be a troop leader, assistant troop leader or troop helper. You will be implanting plans from our badge book and journeys. Make sure the girls are having fun. Create a safe environment. We offer free training. You will be guided by an experience leader.

Description
We’re the Girl Scouts.
We’re 3.2 million strong--3.2 million girls and adults who believe every girl can change the world.
It began over 100 years ago with one woman, Juliette Gordon "Daisy" Low, who believed in the power of every girl. Today, we continue her vision of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place by helping them discover their inner strength, passions, and talents. And with program activities from coast to coast and across oceans, there’s a chance for every girl to do something amazing.
We’re the Girl Scouts. To volunteer, reconnect, donate, or join, visit girlscoutsindiana.org or call 855.GSCIN.4U.
