**Applicants who 1) are not United States citizens, 2) 18 years old, 3) 17 years old and will be 18 years old by November 6th, 4) will not have been a resident of the State of Ohio for at least 30 days, 5) have been incarcerated, 6) have been declared incompetent to vote by a probate court, 7) have been permanently disqualified for violating an election law, 8) are not register voters in the State of Ohio, and 9) do not give the Wharton Project permission to verify their voter status via https://ohiovoterproject.org/check-registration MAY NOT circulate the Citizens for Home Rule Restore Home Rule Act Petition. They are not however barred from being involved with other parts of action and from holding administrative roles regarding the Petition or its circulation.
