We, RTIEC (Revolution To Inspire Empowerment Center) are a non-profit organization seeking enthusiastic and motivated volunteer instructors ready to work with youth and adults. Ideal candidates should have a background in said field.

General minimum requirements:

Strong group management and relationship-building skills

Strong communication skills


Mission Statement:

The mission of the Revolution To Inspire Empowerment Center (RTIEC) focuses on empowering the community and supporting the holistic development of families and young people from Stoughton, Brockton and the broader South Shore area through programming in the arts, youth empowerment and community efforts. RTI Empowerment Center serves as a community gathering place for a wide variety of programs and events that foster access to educational, cultural and economic opportunities.

Mission Statement

Revolution To Inspire Empowerment Center (RTIEC) mission is to bridging the gap in communities through arts, youth empowerment, and community development.

Description

RTIEC will provide services in three main areas, Arts, Youth Empowerment, and, Community Development .
-We offer a stage and gallery space as an outlet for creatives to express oneself.
-A space for workshops and clubs to exist for the purpose of challenging these individuals to become their best self.
-We lead community gatherings in an effort to raise awareness on matters that affect us as a whole.
