HHH Summer Camp is a free lunch and activities program from kids ranging from 4-years-old to 18-years-old. Camp runs Monday-Thursday from noon until 2 p.m. A free hot lunch is served from 12 to 12:30. There are 3 half- hour rotations of activities including reading skills, reading buddies, cooking, STEM, P.E., Arts & Crafts, Games, and much more!
We especially need Camp Counselors (age 16+) to lead students and assist leaders with activities.
Volunteers are also needed to:
Prep, serve, and clean-up lunch
Work with students one-on-one in Reading Buddies
And much more!
We averaged 54 kids a day last summer and are expecting more this summer. We need so many volunteers to work around all our volunteer's summer schedules. Looking for people who can give 1 to 4 days a week,
A love of children is a must!

Description
St. John Church hosts an after-school tutoring program during the school year and the Spirit of Sharing (S.O.S.) Soup Kitchen every Thursday. We have combined these two outreaches to form HHH Summer Camp Feeding program for school aged children from 4 to 18 years old to provide a hot, nutrious lunch combined with a Reading Success Center and many engaging activities for students to participate in free of charge.
The program starts June 8 - July 30 on Monday-Thursday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
