About
The Welcome Center volunteers are responsible for welcoming all arriving patients and visitors. The volunteers escort patients and visitors, answer telephone calls, answer in person questions, provide assistance to individuals needing to be transported by wheelchair, and other administrative duties as assigned. Customer service, computer and telephone skills are necessary.
