Race day volunteers needed for fun run, walk, and roll!

The Arc of King County's 5k for Inclusion is back for a 5th year! This time we are taking the race to Renton Memorial Stadium on June 16, 2018! This fully inclusive fun run, walk, and roll is for every age and every ability! All the funds raised at this event will go directly towards supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout King County!

We are looking for a group of dedicated volunteers to help us successfully execute the race! The main volunteer positions that we are looking to fill are:

• Event day registration and check-in
• Event water station
• Event course cheerleader
• Set-up and clean up

Qualifications for this volunteer opportunity:

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaboration skills to work with and support Arc staff and fellow volunteers
• Enjoy engaging with the public
• Ability to properly represent Arc during the event
• Comfortable with families and individuals from diverse economic, ethnic and social backgrounds
