Volunteer needed for Comfort Care
ORGANIZATION: Homestead Hospice

Homestead Hospice needs a volunteer to meet with a patient in their private home to provide comfort, talking to the patient or reading to the patient. The patient is bed bound and is completely blind, she is left alone for hours at a time, and would enjoy the company of others.
Visits are only 1-2 hours long, once a week at convenient times to volunteer and patient.
SMILES ARE A MUST :D
Requirements that are completely provided by Homestead hospice:
orientation (1-2 hours long)
drug screening
tuberculosis skin test
