Planning Committee Needed, including a Chairperson. Looking for People to Help Plan the Event. Need Location and Date, along with event posters, sponsors and raffle basket donations for the event.

Planning committee will start to meet as soon as one is formed. If you would like to be a part of the Planning Committee or simply have IDEAS for us, please let me know.

Mission Statement

Mission of the VOW Foundation is educational and charitable purposes, to help assist in raising awareness of the inherent dangers associated with the manufacturing, sale, distribution and use of synthetic drugs, advocate for stronger legislation against the manufacture, sale, possession and use of synthetic drugs in the Oswego County, NY community and throughout the State of NY, and to advocate and provide support services to the mentally ill, homeless and low-income persons.
