Job Overview:
Are you passionate about event production? Ever wanted to manage your own TEDx talk production? You just got lucky! We want you to join our team as a Production Assistant. You will assist and Support all production and artistic operation functions
Responsibilities:
- Work with the venue to create/revise room layout and seating arrangements.
- Help with on-site production.
- Assist with event set-up and tear down.
- Assist with event operations-running events.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Weekly Conference Calls
- Monthly Team Meetings
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Experience producing upscale events.
- Experience in managing VIPs, C-level Executives and Celebrities.
- Must be located in the Chicagoland area
