Hello!
Are you a certified yoga instructor? Would you consider volunteering to share your knowledge
with the staff, volunteers, and supporters of a worthwhile non-profit?
Maya's Hope is a 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of orphaned,
special needs, and disenfranchised children on a global scale.
We are looking for a certified yoga instructor willing to volunteer his/her time to offer a weekly
yoga class on our office’s rooftop terrace. It is a beautiful space with a view of the Empire State
Building.
Our location is 31 West 34th Street, Manhattan. We are interested in having a class at 5:30,
6:00, or 6:30, depending on your schedule. We are looking to do this once a week, weather
permitting. You may bring marketing materials for classes you teach, but the focus is on yoga
and overall wellness for those involved with Maya's Hope.
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about our cause to help cutie pies
Is certified and affiliated with a school
Can engage people and encourage them to return each week
Arrives on time and ready to go!
If you have experience in prenatal and postpartum yoga... that's a plus! We can invite mothers
to join!
To apply, please send a resume or website link and at least one video of you doing yoga to
maya@mayashope.org.
Thank you so much for your interest. We look forward to hearing from you!
