In search of retired nurses to provide companionship for our hospice patients several times a month. Your time can be spent reading, chatting, holding the patient's hand, or engaging in a card game. Sometimes just sitting quietly may be all the comfort a Heart to Heart patient needs.
Please consider joining our volunteer team. Fingerprinting, background check, 2-step TB test, and training will be required.

Description
Our Southgate office is looking for volunteers both in the clerical/administrative and patient visit capacities. We have a growing office with a very friendly staff and are seeking those who wish to give of themselves but are prepared to recieve far more than they give. Patient visits are completed in homes, nursing facilities, and adult foster care. We are very flexible and will work around your availability.
