Color of Law Center, is a small nonprofit looking for help bring to light stories of people with disabilities who are denied basic rights. I need help editing these stories to help people with disabilities being abused by the judicial system. We need an editor to help me get these stories of abuse to the next stage trying to get people to care about the most vulnerable members of our society. We are looking for volunteers to help us bring the book Nevertheless She Persisted: Judicial Abuse of people with disabilities, the Voiceless Americans to light, abuse happens in the darkest.

We are looking for in-depth review and revisions heavy editing includes proofreading for grammar, as well as extensive revisions to improve diction, syntax, sentence structure, flow, style, tone, and transitions.

Your input is important; therefore, the creating content is very helpful to collaborate between author and you (the editor) to improve structure, narrative, voice, style, and pacing to make sure the right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness is applied to all Americans not only those who can afford it.

Description

The Color of Law Center and the voice to voiceless art series campaign gives a voice to vulnerable Americans who rights are exploited due to their disability status and economic status. Judge Ehrlich abuse of a disabled woman on April 15, 2018, who died due to this Judge abuse is NOT the exception but the w ay of life for disabled Americans. The Color of Law Center goal is to stop judicial abuse through arts- art has a unique power to bring people together and to promote change.
