The Red Cross Coachella Valley/Morongo Basin Chapter is in need of Volunteer Services Leads in a variety of positions.
Positions include:
1)Staff Services-oversees the onboarding of new volunteers, assigns required classes, follows-up on class completion, and then hands-off the fully trained volunteers to their appropriate lead.
2) Volunteer Recruitment Lead- The VS Volunteer Recruitment Lead serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment and implements the regional volunteer recruitment strategy and plan by building and managing a recruitment team and coordinating with the regional Volunteer Services team.
3) Youth Engagement Lead- The Youth Engagement Lead serves as a peer and confidante working collaboratively with regional Volunteer Services to support the elementary school to high school Red Cross Clubs. The Youth Engagement Lead serves as the Red Cross Unit Contact for each club, ensuring that they have access to resources, completes their yearly CPR class, and supports at least three Red Cross Events/Fundraisers per year.
