Emmaus is seeking volunteers to help serve dinner to our 40 guests at our Mitch's Place Shelter. Tasks include plating meals on washable trays and washing up of any pots and pans and serving utensils.
Volunteers must be able to stand for the duration of their shift. Gloves and hairnets will be required and provided. Dinner is served 7 days a week and there is availability for most days during the month. Minimum commitment of 2X a month required.

Description
Emmaus Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and seeks to relieve the plight of the homeless through emergency shelter, permanent affordable housing, education and job training, and comprehensive support services.
Emmaus has served homeless families and individuals since January 1987. Each year, Emmaus helps over 2,500 different women, men, and children. On any given night, over 300 adults and children call Emmaus "home". Emmaus provides over 80,000 meals annually to our shelter guests and housing residents.
