ORGANIZATION: CASA of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties

Volunteers are trained to serve as court appointed advocates for youth in the foster cares systems of Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties. We are actively looking to increase our number of volunteers so that we can serve every single youth in need. Advocates make a huge difference in the lives of these children and those with a CASA volunteer have a 50% reduced rate of re-entering the foster care system. We are in special need of SPANISH speaking advocates. If you think this might be something of interest to you or a friend, please contact our volunteer trainer Karen (karen@casashaw.org) to register for one of our one-hour information sessions or read about our program on www.casashaw.org.
