Hope’s Crossing is uniquely dedicated to helping women become successful following experiences with incarceration or other life changing experiences. Our focus is on serving each woman’s unique needs with a comprehensive approach to helping her create a new, healthy and fulfilling chapter in her life and in the lives of her family.

This position will assist in planning, creating and promoting branded content across multiple digital platforms while working to increase digital engagement and awareness. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in an innovative and exciting atmosphere and be responsible for shaping the digital presence of a growing nonprofit.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of Social Media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies through the creation of interesting and relevant content for social media, organization blogs and website, and any other digital platform
  • Tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance
  • Analyzes, reviews and reports on the effectiveness of digital platforms, content and campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
  • Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services

Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of mainstream social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, & Pinterest), expertise with Instagram and Facebook preferred
  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilize Hootsuite application to manage social media content posting
  • Poses excellent written communication skills for monthly newsletter, blogs, storytelling and press releases
  • Ability to work well both independently and with others, and handle multiple simultaneous projects with various lead times

Our organization helps women identify and overcome barriers to success, creating a plan to surpass her own unique challenges. With the support of a skilled case manager and a dedicated mentor, she will have all the tools needed to fulfill her journey of becoming whole and healthy. Life skills classes are designed to address the key issues facing women in a period of transition. Assistance and resources are provided free of cost to find safe housing and successful re-entry into the workforce. Our organization is filled with passionate women who create the safe environment needed for our clients to grow and reach their fullest potential.
