Must be very trustworthy. Must hold a specific passion for helping. Must be selfless, and over 18. Must be able to meet with the Founder on a monthly basis, virtually, or directly Must benefit the community and March of the Blanketeers. Must be willing and ready to help with whatever is asked of you, without complaining, while enjoying what you do. Must be thorough and accurate. Must write, and speak American English with Profiency. Must be willing to learn about March of the Blanketeers.
Three people are needed to suffice the bare minimum number of Directors for New York State requirements for nonprofits under $50,000.
One director will be in charge of fundraising, and grant writing. One Director is needed to take care of material requests, as well as assisting Founder plan events, and the third must be able to recruit and manage chapter, and their leaders.
