First Saturday: Camp ANV Open House, Car Wash & Farm Work Day
ORGANIZATION: Acta Non Verba: Youth Urban Farm Project
Please visit the new page to apply.
This one is SPECIAL!!! For this first Saturday Community Day, we are hosting our Camp ANV Open House, Bake Sale & Car Wash at Tassafaronga Rec Center (975 85th Ave., across the park from our farm), in addition to our farm work day.
Help us raise funds for our summer camps and swinging by our camp-ambassador-led open house, car wash and bake sale.
Come get your hands dirty, feel the sun on your face and help us maintain our small farm. (And possibly take home some organically grown produce!) Our farm is located on 83rd Ave and E Street 94621. Here we weed and plant and harvest and prune, learn lessons about sustainable agriculture and growing produce in East Oakland.
We Need Volunteers to help with the CAR WASH, BAKE SALE and FARM PROJECTS!
RSVP to: volunteercoordinator@anvfarm.org or call 510.878.7235
