We are a small community-based nonprofit looking for 1 volunteer who is skilled in Salesforce implementation and customization. Our existing Salesforce database is extremely outdated and needs to be upgraded. Additionally, we would like support with installing integrations and establishing automated processes so that our Salesforce database can work in conjunction with other online platforms we use for fundraising efforts, such as Paypal and Constant Contact. We are also looking for someone who can provide training to our staff on how to use Salesforce appropriately. This will be an intensive project that we anticipate running over the course of several months; however we are flexible with how the schedule might look like.

Our mission is to provide services to commercially sexually exploited youth and to work for systemic change with the youth we serve.
Description
The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), otherwise known as child sex trafficking, is an egregious human rights violation in which children are continually raped and abused for profit. CSEC is an issue that plagues many metropolitan areas in the United States, including the San Francisco Bay Area, where MISSSEY was founded in 2007 by two survivors of sex trafficking and two allies as a gender responsive, community-based safe space for female-identified CSEC victims and survivors in Alameda County and the greater Bay Area to receive supportive services.
Our programs include a daily drop-in center, intensive life coaching, youth engagement and advocacy, prevention and training, and a pilot job training program. Our current goals are to expand our prevention efforts, create greater opportunities for survivor leadership, and establish pathways to sustainable careers and education for survivors. In the past 10 years since our founding, MISSSEY has been established as a respected and nationally recognized leader in the anti-trafficking field. We have helped hundreds of survivors of commercial sexual exploitation on their journeys to healing and recovery, and have trained thousands of service providers, government workers, and youth serving professionals on the issue of commercial sexual exploitation.
