Lawyers/Attorneys or law students concentrating on immigration law for nonprofit research organization (a US employer) can assist with a request for evidence (RFE) to adjust status for B-1 or F-1 OPT or J-1 nonimmigrants under the H-1B Cap-Exempt statute.

WHOmentors.com, Inc. is a nonprofit research organization and conducts applied research. You will identify a team to learn the applicable law and respond to a lengthy or comprehensive request for evidence (RFE) in connection with an I-129 petition for nonimmigrant worker.

It's okay if you're not an attorney. It's an opportunity to research and build evidence to overcome the burden of proving eligibility. There are nuances to immigration law and the petitioning process because it can be intermingled with employment law and other regulations.

It Is the burden [of WHOmentors.com, Inc.] to establish eligibility for the immigration benefit sought. Section 291 of the Act, 8 U.S.C. ยง 1361; Matter of Otiende, 26 I&N Dec. at 128

The goal is to develope a preponderance of material(s) and evidence that meet(s) this standard. I can be reached at 415-373-6767. If you prefer, I can meet you in person to explain in more detail.
