We are looking for volunteers to assist us Day of Race! Volunteers will be needed in many forms; parking assistance, shuttle driving, course guidance, water stations, check-in table, etc.
What is the event!?
Benefiting families of fallen military through Medals of Honor, runners’ participation not only pays tribute to and honors these brave heroes; their presence gives solace and comfort to the families they left behind. Saturday, May 12 th in College Grove, TN, at 9:00AM, Medals of Honor will be hosting upwards of 300+ runners and walkers dedicated to honoring the fallen. The events’ finale is the Memorial Mile - an emotional, mile-long walk commemorating Tennessee’s fallen service members. Each of the fallen Service Members being honored has a sign along the course. And to close out the beautiful day, a small acoustic show featuring Adam Warner - a former United States Marine who happens to be an up and coming singer/songwriter who has opened for Trace Atkins and is recutting his own version of Trace’s Semper Fi will perform.
