Role brief: We have a Google grant for Google advertisements and would like to work with an experienced Google Adwords volunteer that has experience working with Google grants for non-profits. The individual will work directly with the Marketing Project Manager to: set up pay-per-click or PPC campaigns and advertising, test these advertisements through keyword research and different advertising copy, and sync said advertising with our Marketing strategy among other Adwords-related tasks.

• Manage and optimize all Google Ads campaigns
• Progress reports
• Sync with Marketing Strategy
• Campaign Setup and Optimization
• Ad Copy Creative and Split Testing
• Conversion Implementation
• Keyword Research
• Advanced Geo Targeting
• Mobile Adjustment and Optimization
• Extensions Optimization
• Advanced Audience Targeting
• Competition analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s required, Marketing/Data background preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Adwords-related advertising campaigns
• Google Ads certifications preferred (images/Google Partner link needed if available)
• Minimum volunteer hours expected: 5-7 hrs per week
• Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly and consistently
• Reliable internet connection a must
• Motivated self starter with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite Apps such as Drive, Sheets, etc.
• Familiarity with or quick adoption of Trello and Slack tools important
