True Friends is a non-profit organization committed to providing quality camps, respite and programming to children and adults with disabilities.
We are seeking skilled woodworkers to build a pre-designed outdoor picnic bench accessible to individuals who utilize wheelchairs.
- Materials provided - typically cedar or green-treated.Volunteer must provide tools.
- Finishing includes sanding, no paint/stain.

True Friends provides life changing opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities and high medical needs to reach their true potential. Through camp, respite, travel and other program opportunities, participants learn new skills and build their feelings of self-worth. Staff provide care, encouragement, supervision and learning opportunities to participants.
