Homestead Hospice is looking for someone who will play games with a group of patients and their neighbors in one of the facilities our patients are located in. Games include: yatzee, parcheesi, Bingo, Wizard, or even checkers or chess.
This is the perfect opportunity for groups of volunteers looking for an activity to do together on a regular basis.
Also a perfect opportunity for minor volunteers with at least one guardian to supervise.
Disclaimers:
- Patients are located all over the valley, Phoenix, Mesa, Goodyear, Surprise, Tempe, Chandler, Casa Grande and Buckeye.
- Volunteers are required to complete an orientation, a drug screening, and a tuberculosis skin test which Homestead Hospice provides at no costs, all requirements can be completed within one day at the convenience of the volunteers' schedule.
- Any minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
