We're looking for energetic and dynamic adults to present storytimes in Spanish to children and their caregivers at Mitchell Park Library on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidates must be fluent in Spanish, and it is preferred that they have had previous experience presenting storytimes. The library will provide volunteers with access to puppets, scarves, egg shakers, and a large collection of Spanish children's books.
The day and time of the storytimes is negotiable, depending on program room availability at the library.
Volunteers must be fingerprinted, at no cost to them, at Palo Alto's City Hall.
Please direct questions to Youth Services Manager Jenny Jordan: jenny.jordan@cityofpaloalto.org
