International Student Exchange (ISE)is now hiring an area representative to place and supervise our foreign students in your area.
ISE is a premier student exchange program that prides ourselves in hiring only highly qualified candidates to join this elite organization.
We would love to hear from you if you meet the criteria listed below and you are committed to helping get the job done by working together under the experienced regional leadership of ISE.

Area Representative criteria:
*Experienced in working with teens through church, coaching, counseling, teaching etc.
*Goal oriented, dependable and a team player
*Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete tasks and achieve goals, while being home based

* Strong school and community network to find quality families in your area.
*Strong desire to bridge cultural gaps and reach for those International travel bonuses
* Work directly with Regional advisor to expand the host family base in your area
Sales and Social network marketing background a plus
Home office a plus- internet access required
*Training is provided and required
Industry leading compensation/bonuses in addition to International travel bonuses
Applicant must be 25 yrs or older and submit to criminal background check, based on Dept of State regulations.

International Student Exchange (ISE) is dedicated to "Educating Tomorrow's Leaders" and allowing people of the world to unite by bringing together foreign teenager with volunteer American host families. We change lives by placing wonderful high school aged foreign students into the homes of volunteer host families. Learning to live and laugh together as a family helps bridge the gap that keeps us stranger. International Student Exchange believes that true leadership begins with a commitment to service. We encourage all program participants to live a life of service with integrity, dignity, and a dedication to a belief system greater than ourselves.

Description

ISE was founded in 1982 and has been dedicated to students as well as the Host Families. ISE is a non-profit organization based on Long Island, New York. We accept highly qualified and screened students from over fifty countries. We are designated by the United States Department of State to be an exchange visitor program authorized to provide the application for the J-1 Visa. Based on material submitted and reviewed, ISE has consistently been granted by the Council of Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) which indicated a high level of professionalism and respect within the foreign exchange industry.
