Answer the Little House Transportation Hotline and coordinate requests for rides while on the phone with the rider. Monitor rides as they progress from start to finish, intervening to help for the occasional situation where a ride is canceled, or the driver is unable to locate the rider.

Tuesday or Thursdays, 9:30 a.m- 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Must enjoy working with the public, especially seniors. Basic computer literacy, strong oral English communication skills and an ability to multi-task. Comfortable with sitting and viewing a computer monitor and using a computer keyboard.
