Schedule Lyft Rides for Seniors Going to Medical Appts. & Grocery Stores

This is a remote opportunity. You will use your own phone and computer.
Answer the Little House Transportation Hotline and coordinate requests for Lyft rides while on the phone with the rider. Monitor rides as they progress from start to finish, intervening to help for the occasional situation where a ride is canceled, or the driver is unable to locate the rider.
9 a.m- 11 a.m. on Wed. or 9a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays. If you can do both shifts, that would be great!
Must enjoy working with the public, especially seniors. Basic computer literacy, strong oral English communication skills and an ability to multi-task. Comfortable with sitting and viewing a computer monitor and using a computer keyboard.
