Responsibilities

• Work with VP of Marketing, Donor Relations to research individual and corporate donors
• Build a data protected document capturing all new potential donors
• Use research database as required.
• Follow HHP policies
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Liaise with marketing and development team members as required.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Microsoft Office software and ability to prepare and present analytical and biographical reports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and flexibility to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of CRM preferred
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in both the recording and outputting of donor information.
• Knowledge of the non-profit environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fundraising and the integral nature of donor acknowledgments a plus.
