Position title: Pet Supermarket Cat Condo Cleaner
Estimated hours: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Bend down on one knee
Reach things above your head
Climb a ladder
Shorts must be at least knee length
Closed toed shoes only
Description:
Sign in
Open one condo at a time and remove the cat and place it in a cat carrier.
The cat can play in the shore’s breakroom if available, otherwise it stays in the cat carrier while you clean
Open and clean one cat’s condo at a time
Empty litterbox
Clean litter box
Refill litter box with 1 - 2 scoops of cat litter
Empty food and water bowls
Wash food and water bowls
Refill food and water bowls
Empty the condo of all items
Sanitize the condo with the bleach water
Clean the window if needed.
Put everything back in the condo where it was when you began
Put the cat back in the condo and close the door

Our animal shelter provides safe refuge, nourishment, and love to hundreds of homeless animals each month.
The shelter accepts all animals brought in by Charlotte County residents and Animal Control. Approximately 5,000 animals are received each year
