ArtsEarth is looking for someone who can oversee the day-to-day administration of an arts nonprofit and serve as the Secretary officer.

ArtsEarth is a 501(c)3 arts venture committed to promoting artists, informing the public of quality arts engagements worldwide, connecting artists within their communities, and publishing original content within dance, film, literature, music, theatre, visual, and multimedia.
We are seeking a Secretary officer.
This position is a volunteer part-time position, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This position has long-term growth opportunities.
Respond to queries via telephone or email
Develop and implement office procedures
Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files (Google for Nonprofits)
Compose letters, memos and emails
Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and meeting minutes
High school diploma or higher
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
Knowledge of specific software programs, including Google Docs, Keep, Sheets, etc.
Experience maintaining and prioritizing business calendars
Able to work independently
Friendly and professional demeanor
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
