Finish!

We are a grassroots organization that runs across America every year for multiple sclerosis (MS)! We need YOU to help cheer on our runners as they end their 160-mile running journey in each of our finish locations across the country.

This specific opportunity is to be at the FINISH of our 7th segment of the 3,100-mile journey to New York! Our runner, Stacy, will be finishing their 176 mile run on May 27th at 12pm. Your volunteer job will be to show up, grab an orange t-shirt (that you get to keep!), grab a cowbell, and start making some noise to help her finish her 7 day run!

It's an awesome experience that we want you to be apart of!

About MSRUNTHEUS

Location:

Mission Statement

MS Run the US is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support multiple sclerosis (MS) research, while also supporting those living with disability due to MS. Our running events focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle while inspiring individuals to maximize their capabilities and become more active to help those in need.

Description

MS Run the US was founded in 2009 by Wisconsin native Ashley Schneider. Inspired by her mother Jill Kumlien - who lived with MS for 36 years before passing in 2017 due to complications of the disease. Ashley created MS Run the US, Inc., a 501(c)3 charitable organization to raise national disease awareness, funds to further multiple sclerosis (MS) research, and to help those living with disability due to their multiple sclerosis (MS) symptoms.

MS Run the US's marquee event is America's first and only 3,200-mile ultra relay run from Los Angeles, CA to New York every year. The team consists of 18 runners that commit to individually fund raising $10,000 and running 160 miles in one week. The event takes 4.5 months, rallies thousands of people in awareness, and raises hundreds of thousands of dollars every year.
