We are looking for a trainer who would be in charge of training and developing new hires in positions in the church such as in Leadership, host team, and executive teams. This person would be working within our HR Department to help us with ensuring new hires are trained properly in their new position.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Be active in the Christian faith
- Have previous training experience in other workplaces
- Have previous experience with creating and establishing workshops
- Have previous experience with creating workbooks and other training material
- Has a PC or Mac (PC running Windows 10 or later, Mac running macOS Sierra or later)
