This person will be in charge of hosting orientation for all new hires going over our policy’s and procedures and culture. This individual will also be in charge of making sure all necessary paper work is completed and signed by each new hire.
The requirements are as follows:
- Be active in the Christian faith
- Must have previous experience in Human Resources
- Professional Development Skills
- Training experience
- Previous role in management or supervisor position
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to explain difficult procedures and processes in simplistic ways people can understand
- Have prioritization skills
- Have good organizational skills
