Scrapper Volunteer Training
ORGANIZATION: Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore
Please visit the new page to apply.
We’re looking for people to tear things apart! ReStore receives a good amount of metal-based products that can’t be resold. Scrappers break down products and sort out the metals for recycling. Learn how to break down faucets, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans to their most basic parts. No previous knowledge needed, no special skills required, just a bit of patience and a desire to learn. This is a training period that could lead to other volunteer opportunities.
